At CarBhartics.com, we are committed to ensuring a smooth, transparent, and timely delivery experience for every customer. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how vehicle deliveries are handled across India.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver both new and used cars across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, vehicle model, RTO processing, and availability.

2. Delivery Timelines

New Cars

  • Standard delivery after booking & payment confirmation: 7–15 working days (may vary depending on variant availability and location).
  • Registration with RTO: Typically 3–4 working days post-document submission. Vehicle delivery can only be completed once registration is done.
  • Special orders/rare variants: Delivery may take up to 30 days. Customers will be informed in advance.

Used Cars

  • Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days after full payment and documentation.
  • Ownership transfer process (RC transfer) may take longer as per RTO timelines, but customers will receive the car after required checks are completed.

3. Delivery Process

  • Cars are delivered directly to your doorstep or can be collected from the nearest authorized dealer/partner location.
  • Customers will receive a delivery intimation call and email before dispatch.
  • A delivery checklist will be completed, including physical inspection, document handover, and customer signature.

4. Documentation Required for Delivery

  • Valid KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Driving License).
  • Address proof (utility bill, passport, etc.).
  • Bank loan clearance documents (if financed).
  • Signed RTO forms for registration/ownership transfer.

5. Charges

  • Delivery within city limits: Free of cost.
  • Inter-city / interstate delivery: Charges may apply depending on distance and logistics costs. Customers will be informed during booking.

6. Delays

CarBhartics is not liable for delays caused by:

  • RTO processing issues.
  • Strikes, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
  • Manufacturer stock unavailability.

In case of delays, customers will be kept informed at every stage.

7. Vehicle Condition on Delivery

  • Every car undergoes pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure quality.
  • Customers are advised to inspect the vehicle at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations before registration are eligible for refunds as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
  • Once the vehicle is registered in the customer’s name, no cancellations are allowed.
